Wolfe & Wilson Straight Rye Whiskey is a collaborative release from Stoll & Wolfe Distillery and Alan Bishop, created as a true tribute to America’s earliest whiskey traditions.
Inspired by a documented colonial-era Pennsylvania distilling recipe, Wolfe & Wilson brings together heritage grains, historic technique, and modern craft to reimagine what early American rye whiskey may have tasted like. The grain bill includes rye malt, wheat, rye, and oats, with Pennsylvania-grown grain sourced from our family farm- the historic Kline Farm in Lancaster County.
Featured by Maxim Magazine and Whiskey Advocate as one of “seven stellar whiskeys” celebrating America’s 250th, Wolfe & Wilson was praised for an origin story that “separates this dram from every other release” in the America 250 field and called “the most intellectually compelling pour” among the commemorative releases.
